Bus Routes

Charlestown acts as an interchange for many bus routes. So there are many buses that stop in Charlestown. These are regular buses. Bus stops are located on Smart Street and Pearson Street, just a short walk from the Centre’s main entrance off Pearson Street.

Train Line

There is the Hunter line which runs from Newcastle to Scone and the Central Coast and Newcastle line which runs from Newcastle to Sydney Central Station
Charlestown Square is only a 15-minute taxi ride from the Broadmeadow train station, where you will find regular taxi services to the centre.
Also is only a 10 - 15min bus ride from Cardiff train station (262 & 263) to the centre
