The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter. No waiver by TEEG Australia Pty Ltd of any breach or default shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

Except to the extent required by law, Powercard balances are non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash and cannot be resold or transferred.
